Terms of service

Prices on the site are volume pricing: the per-piece price steps down as the quantity goes up, counted per product across the whole order. Decoration shown on a product includes one location; extra locations, oversized prints and specialty work are quoted before they are added.

A written quote holds for 30 days from the date it is sent, unless it says otherwise. Supplier blank costs can move, so a quote older than that may need to be re-priced before we order goods.

Nothing goes into production until you have seen a proof and approved it. Anything shown on this site, including the mockups you build on a product page, is an illustration: screen colors, thread colors, placement and size can vary slightly from the finished goods.

Once you approve a proof, that artwork and wording is what we print, stitch or engrave. Please read names, numbers and spelling carefully at that stage.

Orders are paid by card online, or billed to an approved business account on its terms. Card payments run through Stripe. Sales tax is charged at the Texas rate for our area, and is removed only when an approved exemption certificate is on file for your organization.

Large jobs may need a deposit before goods are ordered. If so, we will say so on the quote in plain language before you commit.

Turnaround starts when the proof is approved and the deposit or payment clears, not when the order is submitted. Standard production is quoted in business days, and rush work is available when the presses allow it.

Supplier shortages or shipping delays are outside our control. If something is going to run late, we will tell you as soon as we know rather than let a deadline surprise you.

You keep ownership of the artwork you send us. By sending it, you confirm you have the right to have it reproduced, and you give us permission to use it to produce and photograph your order.

We will not resell your logo or design to anyone else.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute is handled in the courts serving your community, Texas.
