Refunds & returns

You can change or cancel an order at no charge any time before you approve the proof and before goods are ordered. Once blanks are ordered or the press is booked, part of the job may already be spent, and we will tell you what can still be recovered.

If your order arrives with a misprint, a stitching fault, the wrong garment, the wrong color or the wrong quantity, tell us within 10 days of pickup or delivery. We will reprint, replace or refund the affected pieces, whichever fixes it fastest for you.

Please keep the goods until we have looked at them, and send a photo if you can. It saves a trip and usually settles the question the same day.

Custom decorated goods are made for you, so they cannot be returned or refunded simply because you no longer want them, or because a design choice made after proof approval is not to your taste.

Undecorated stock goods in original condition can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the goods, less any shipping. Special-order blanks bought in for your job are not returnable once they arrive.

Refunds for card payments go back to the same card through Stripe. Once we issue it, your bank typically posts the money within 5 to 10 business days.

If you would rather keep the money with us, we can hold it as store credit against a future order instead. Just say so when you call.

Sales tax is charged unless an approved exemption certificate is on file for your organization. If a certificate is supplied after an invoice is paid, we will refund the tax once the certificate is verified.
