What we collect when you order, quote or ask us a question, why we keep it, and who we share it with.

What we collect
When you place an order, request a quote, apply for a business account or contact us, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, organization, shipping address and the notes you add about the job.
We also keep the artwork you send us, so a repeat order can reuse the same logo without you having to hunt the file down again.
Card payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number, security code and billing details go straight to Stripe over an encrypted connection, and we never see, hold or store them on our side. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what they do with that payment information.
We keep only what we need to run the paperwork: the amount paid, the date, and a reference number from the processor so a payment can be matched to an order.
How we use it
Your details are used to price and produce your order, send proofs and invoices, arrange pickup or shipping, and answer your questions. If something about your job changes, that is the address we use to tell you.
With your permission we may also send an occasional note about new goods or seasonal specials. Every one of those emails has a way to opt out, and opting out never affects an order in progress.
Who else sees it
Payment information goes to Stripe. Blank goods and shipping details go to the supplier or carrier delivering your job. Our own staff and contractors see the job file so they can print, stitch or engrave it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not hand your customer list or artwork to anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order, invoice and sales tax records are kept as long as the law requires. Artwork stays on file so reorders stay consistent; tell us and we will remove it.
If you would like a copy of what we hold about you, or would like it deleted, call or email the shop and we will take care of it, except where a record has to be kept for tax or accounting.
Questions about any of this? Call the shop at or email and we'll walk through it with you.
